Agreements For This Course

Spoiler Alert: I don’t have any answers for you.

Don't get me wrong. I have a lot of tools that I have found great benefit from and that I will share with you, but don't be fooled into thinking I have the answers or that I have anything "figured out." I am on a journey just like you. Part of my journey just happens to include teaching. This means that I’m just going to keep redirecting you back to yourself.

Why? Because, you are your own best teacher. Embrace this truth. Let your body be your guide. You are the guru. Always trust your experience over what outside sources tell you (even me!). In other words: don't look to anyone outside of yourself to tell you what to do.

With that being said, you will not become "good" at anything without practice (including tuning into your own inner wisdom), so please practice the techniques we will be learning over and over - mastery doesn't happen instantaneously.

These practices are to learn the language of your body so that you have a navigational system for life and a guide for tapping into the infinite wisdom stored within your body. Approach them as such.

This will be a fascinating, illuminating, challenging process with the potential to change you on a cellular level. This work is done with an incredible amount of reverence, curiosity, light-heartedness, perseverance, and appreciation.

Here are our official agreements for this course:

• You are in control of this process. You can ask for spirit to slow down and titrate your experience, and you can also ask for accelerated growth if you want to speed up the process (and intensity).
• You are your own best teacher. Always trust your experience over what outside sources tell you.
• Practice. Practice. Practice.
• Apply these medicines throughout the course: reverence, curiosity, light-heartedness, perseverance, and appreciation.
• Remember that we are here to connect, remember, and elevate through the spiritual embodiment process.
• You don't need to be amazing to start, but you do need to start to be amazing!
